Vision

For over 60 years, Farrell Benevolent has served the community of North Dartmouth. As the needs of the community changes over time, so too has our vision.

 

We are now in a process of transformation, growing and changing to meet the challenges of today while keeping our roots firmly planted in our shared history and purpose.

Over the past few years, with the support of Society members, we have been working with development experts and government representatives on a plan for affordable housing.

 

As early as 2026, we could be breaking ground on the construction of a building that would set a new standard for community-led development that delivers dignified, community-priced housing for residents of North Dartmouth, along with a new community hall.
